     This version clarifies a few points from the previous version:

- FID and TID scope is explicitly stated being as to the modem

- Corrected description of Ethernet Traffic Classification Sub Data Item

- Fixed DLEP Traffic Classification Sub Data Item Registry formatting

- Fixed organization name MT-LL
