Is the cited "GHG Protocol’s Emission Factors for Cross-Sector Tools"
conforming the transportation measurements of CO2 emmissions to the
recently issued
"ISO 23795-1 Intelligent transport systems — Extracting trip data using
nomadic and mobile devices for estimating C02 emissions — Part 1: Fuel
consumption determination for fleet management" ?

Or is it a kind of rule of thumb?

Are the CO-NOX-and-related live measurement networks of air pollution in
the area of the meeting taken into account?

Are the sound measurements considered? (sound is also a form of
environmental pollution, especially airplane jet sound).
