Corporate travel agencies just can't be bothered.
Sometimes, they can't even book.
That's not our problem though.

Maybe part of our problem is that we should have some actual numbers for CO2
emissions by asking participants.

Yet, actually, they already do, by RFC8718 look at locations that minimize
travel segments from major airports to the Venue.  The Maastrich venue was
widely criticized because it required people take a train for the last leg.
