Hi Tim -

Advertising, as you suggest, isn't easy. Alissa _did_ send a note to 
IETF announce with the expected hours several weeks ago (as soon as was 
reasonable I think, awaiting the decision to be online). See

Where could that have been sent/put that would have been easier for you 
to see?
