Please review this draft. Charlie and I are committed to update this draft
(hopefully with your comments) with the latest info on this problem space.
We will request time in London to have further discussion. mboned is in a
position to offer an important reference to these problems while also
sneaking in workarounds and recommendations to ieee 802.

There may be much more we can add to this document with your help. We will
likely add information about higher layer protocols (OPC-UA, DDS, etc) that
utilize multicast in their message bus which may be transmitted over 802.
There are industries which rely upon these protocols and they could use
this draft to help address wireless transmission issues.
