Ok.  Here's the latest list of conflicts (from http://trac.tools.ietf.org/bof/trac/wiki/WikiStart):

First priority: dnsop, v6ops, appsawg, homenet, 6man, dhc, 6lo, mboned, core
Second priority: INT area WGs
