Very interesting the report about the entries of France. I have checked it at
once with my own local routing tree and found the following differences:

In addition to the shown entries I have the following ones, which appear in the
RARE Mapping Tables last updated 93.02.24

 c=FR
      ...
   aDMDName=atlas
      ...
     pRMDName=MATRAMHS
     pRMDName=matups
      ...
   aDMDName=telemail
      pRMDName=oecd
        mHSOU=oecd

However I do not have the entries from admd=red, because they do not appear in
the RARE Mapping Tables.

   aDMDName=red
     pRMDName=bitnet
     pRMDName=internet
     pRMDName=uucp
