I have just sent out the updated version of the overall routing
document.  This means that all have been updated, except for the RFC
822 document and the Conversion one.  Both of these are agreed to be
less urgent, and both need some real work, particularly in light of
the MIME/MHS specifications.

I belive that the core specification is now ready to go out as an RFC,
in addition to the three that had relatively minor changes.  I have
addresed all of the WG comments.  In addition, I have resolved all of
the internal comments and editorial notes that I believed to either be
significant or easily resolvable.  There has also been quite a bit of
general update, clarification, and restructure.  I hope that you will
all approve of this.
