Notes from the MHS-MANAGERS meeting:
- Jim Craigie says that the CCITT in 1991 ruled that having an
Organizational Unit without an Organization is illegal. This was
considered a clarification. The instigator seemed to be the
  representative of Deutsche Bundespost.
This may mean that our missing-item problem is only with PRMDs,
and this may be not important enough to change the specs.
(And of course the German PRMDs have a problem)
- Jim Craigie offers to run a service uploading the GO-MHS mapping
tables into the directory. These need to be complete if they are
to be used at all, Jim thinks, therefore it should be done.

More later....
