There is stuff under C=FR (I just made the update yesterday) but I'm still waiting for C=FR managers to propagate it. If you want a try, it's currently served by <cn=Giant Anteater; c=FR> (EDF/DER external DSA). There is also some fragmenst of the DNS tree for ".fr" on this DSA: I'm currently working on having the full ".fr" zone populated on my DSA.
