Well, there is the air-quotes around "solved".

The situation is that the problem of picking the right exit router given
source IP is well explained in homenet, I think that there is running code
that implements if automatically, and we have documents that explain how to
do things in various stages of preperation..  They could probably be WG LC'ed
almost immediately.

So while perhaps homenet is lost; it seems that the AD for Homenet and MIF
ought to be able to clearly say which WG should solve this problem, if it
makes sense that it should be solved only once.
