Hi Peter,
Point well taken, my intent was to only use the means of conveying IODEF reports thru the XMPP as a transfer protocol which I understood XEP-0268 to also demonstrate.  However, the intent of the XMPP-grid draft to enable the sharing beyond XMPP servers….as pointed out, we need to clean and address that better.
