Hi folks,
I've checked, and it's reasonable and sensible to move Experimental documents
to Historic once the experiment is found to have failed.

This document describes one way to encode RFC-822 addresses for transmission
over systems such as UUCP that can't support all such addresses.
It never achieved acceptance in the UUCP community, and the interface between
the UUCP community and the Internet community was found to be too fuzzy for
such a specification to be possible.

If anyone objects to this document being moved to Historic, please drop me
a message between now and next Thursday.
(If any other list should need to hear about this, please drop them a copy)
