[MLS] Re: WG Adoption Call: MLS Targeted Messages

Hi! I was remiss in not closing this WGLC out.

We have consensus to adopt this I-D. Again as discussed at IETF 123, the contents of this I-D was already in -mls-extensions, there was support at the meeting, and we got more support on list.

Raphael - please go ahead and submit draft-robert-mls-targeted-messages as draft-ietf-mls-targeted messages.
