Hi Sean,

Thanks for the nudge.

I gave the document another look, and I think it's in fine shape.  I have
implemented the new credential types in MLSpp.

The only qualm I have is that I'm not totally sure that GREASE makes sense
for all of the listed fields.  But I'm willing to trust the authors on this.
