I had always assumed that agent domains were trusted to a certain extent 
by all grids/regions that allow their avies  in but the converse was not 
true.

This would be analogous to the border guard granting a temp/tourist visa 
to the "non-authorized by recognized Agent Domain avies," while 
providing a more formal passport to those that are.

Euro-pass vs work-visa vs passport vs citizenship papers or somesuch.
