I'm Justin Clark-Casey (justincc), a core developer of OpenSimulator and lead developer at Black Dress Technology. 
Commonly I'm Justin Clark-Casey on OpenSim systems and Lulworth Beaumont on the Linden Lab grid.

I'm interested in following along on the discussions with an eye to their eventual implementability.
