To be clear, hash agility is a feature.  I'm OK with not having that feature.

As far as the rest of this goes, I think that dtls-sdp can address the
multiple certificates thing easily, but it appears that it would be
easier as an editorial exercise, followed by working group review,
than it would be to sort it out on the list.
