OK. Martin and I have provided you with some suggested text revisions 
regarding the syntax and registration of the attribute. While that text 
has most of the stuff needed for the IANA registration, it doesn't have 
info about multiplexing. If you incorporate the suggestion into the 
draft, you can put in the info about multiplexing.
