I agree that these are the important topics that need to be settled, and 
agree that it's urgent to settle them.
I'm willing to spend time going to interims (virtual or physical, 
although I have a preference for virtual) if there's any sign of them 
being useful to progress.

I would like to see us move on these issues before the RTCWEB interim in 
early February, if possible.
