I agree. Thinking out loud: could a meeting (joint mmusic and rtcweb I 
guess), that has as objective to discuss and decided which Plan to move 
forward with, be set up?

Then there would be concrete deadlines, and most likely things would not 
stay as quiet.

I guess it is a question for the chairs of those groups.
