I updated the pull request, by adding a sentence regarding the 10-second internval.


[GH] Fine. I made minor comments in the pr.  It is good to just indicate the interval for the cps calculation and not the details for how to handle transmission intervals when there is a need to limit transmission. The latter is best kept as an application decision.
