CCAP is currently only used by 3GPP to allow the UA to choose between PS and CS for a terminating call at call setup when the UA has the possibility to use either PS or CS for the call.

Mid call Handover PS to CS and CS to PS uses other techniques and does not involve use of CCAP.

Does it also need to be able to go from CS to IP sometime during a call, or once it's chosen to be CS it stays CS?
