I'm just curious if it was intentional to leave out the fact that two
of the documents were agreed as WG documents (and submitted as such)
in November 2011:
http://www.ietf.org/proceedings/82/minutes/mmusic.htm

but were dropped after the IPR declaration appeared in Feb 2012:
 http://www.ietf.org/proceedings/83/minutes/minutes-83-mmusic.htm

Then, they came back as individual again and there was not enough
interest to pick them up again:
http://www.ietf.org/proceedings/84/minutes/minutes-84-mmusic

I'm not debating the conclusion at all, but it seems to me that
leaving out the fact that there were at one time agreed as WG
documents and later dropped due to IPR/lack of interest is a relevant
fact.
