I bet there is no one implementation. In fact, I implemented "JSFCP"
(JSON version of BFCP) over WebSocket.

Of course not. And the fact that there are MSRP relays (by spec) makes
it even more difficult to move to more efficient solutions such as
"anything" over UDP/ICE/DTLS/SCTP or similar.
