Do you mean sending the "updated SDP offer" after ICE is paired? No
please. Relying on that is a bad idea. STUN is a network protocol and
should not rely on a different signaling protocol (SIP+SDP or XXX+SDP)
to indicate nothing. The SDP (or whatever is used) is just needed to
indicate ICE parameters out of band.

And for sure, WebRTC browsers ignore at 100% the "update SDP offer
once ICE is paired".
