Hi,

A minor observation.

In the introducttion, first paragraph, the sentence:
"MSRP is currently defined to work over TCP and TLS connections, and 
over a WebSocket subprotocol specified by [RFC7977 
<https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7977>]."

The word "currently" will not be well selected if this specification 
gets approved and published.

I suggest:

"MSRP was initially in RFC 4975 defined to work over TCP and TLS 
connections, and over a WebSocket subprotocol specified by [RFC7977 
<https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7977>]."
