Hi WG,

I have done an update that attempts to address the issues raised in IETF
last call by the reviewers. This may fall a bit short of the ideal. But,
I am not a native English speaker, and have not therefore really given
it all the editorial love that Sarah Banks requested.

What is important is that the document has improved in consistency of
the sections in the comparisons. Which means that some substantial new
blobs of text has been created. I request that you review these and send
some feedback on them.
