Hi Folks,
On a hopefully-related-to-Model-t note I would like to invite those of you in Singapore to a meetup of the DetNet WG Security Considerations draft team, whose topic is security threats specifically related to time-sensitive IP and MPLS networks (i.e. DetNet). If you have any interest, please read on.

Our draft is:
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-detnet-security/

We feel that the section of the draft that covers data-plane-technology-independent threats is "mature", and we are now focusing on data-plane-technology-specific threats, given that these technologies are IP and MPLS. Thus far we have basically not been able to come up with any such threats, so our proposed stance (that we will debate the validity of) is "We are not modifying the IP or MPLS technologies, and we don't know of any threats that are specific to either of these technologies which is not already covered in the data-plane-technology-independent threats section". Of course we would be thrilled to identify any such threats...

Please feel free to forward this invite to any other potentially interested individuals or groups.

We will meet at the IETF Registration desk Wednesday at 15:20.
Hope to see you there,
Sincerely,
Ethan Grossman (DetNet Security Considerations draft Editor and Co-Author)
