        The cited specifications were processed in the usual style by the
working group, showing rather less controversy than one expects from an
IETF working group -- though of course there was a compensation factor
OUTSIDE of the working group...

        I believe that the specifications reflect common practise and are
entirely acceptable to the Internet technical community and strongly
support their standardization.
