  The IESG has approved the Internet-Draft "Modem MIB" 
  <draft-ietf-modemmgt-mdmmib-03.txt> as a Proposed Standard.
  This document is the product of the Modem Management Working
  Group.  The IESG contact person is Marshall T. Rose.
 
 
Technical Summary
 
  This memo defines managed objects for modem devices.
 
Working Group Summary
 
  Although there was controversy, rought concensus was achieved.
 
Protocol Quality

  The NM-Directorate has reviewed the memo.
