This memo defines an experimental portion of the Management Information 
Base (MIB) for use with network management protocols in the Internet 
community.  In particular, it describes managed objects used for managing 
dial-up modems and similar dial-up devices.  This MIB module provides a set
of objects that are the minimum necessary to provide the ability to monitor
and control those devices, and is consistent with the SNMP framework and 
existing SNMP standards.
