Since we now have new folks on the IESG I wanted to find out from
each of you how you want scheduling to be handled.

John and Harald have already notified their chairs that an Applications
Area track will be created and all scheduling requests should be sent
directly to them with a copy to me.

How do the rest of you want your areas handled? The default is to
send requests directly to me (copying the AD(s)). All BOFs must have
AD approval prior to scheduling.

Does the IPNG area still exist with respect to Stockholm?

Please respond immediately to this message. I want to send the
scheduling message out to the wgchairs and bofchairs mailing list
today.

Thank you,

Megan

P.S. Send your own "special" requests in too. (i.e., secdir, usac,
applications directorate, etc.).
