Hi

I've read through Ran Atkinson's documents that he submitted (or so I
am under the impression...) and Phil Rogaway's objections and have a fairly
large set of comments. What do I do with the comments? Send them directly
to Ran or to Jeff Schiller (or someone else) for ....?

thanks
