Hi, Eric, We have addressed all of the issues that you identified with the -09 version of this draftj, just in time for a change to the Github API to cause problems for us in submitting -10. The details about the problem are at https://github.com/martinthomson/i-d-template/pull/325. I'm not sure when the PR will be applied and merged, but if you'd like to take a peek at what -10 will look like, the links for the Editor's Copy and Compare Editor's Copy to WG Draft at https://github.com/ietf-wg-mops/draft-ietf-mops-streaming-opcons do work (after Jake's manual intervention). When the tooling is repaired, I'll complete the submission, and you can Do The Right Thing. Best, Spencer
