Dear Alan and Ted,

Two quick questions.

The sense of the room was that the charter, as amended in PRs in realtime,
was a reasonable charter to put before the IESG for approval.

Two questions:

   - When do you plan to tell Murray that the charter is ready to request
   IESG review and approval?
   - The IAB procedures for "IAB Member Roles in Evaluating New Work
   Proposals
   <https://www.iab.org/documents/correspondence-reports-documents/2012-2/iab-member-roles-in-evaluating-new-work-proposals/>"
describes
BOF coverage reports sent by IAB members *to the IESG, copying the IAB.
IAB members providing BOF coverage may also send BOF evaluation reports to
BOF chairs, other BOF proponents, or the BOF community of interest, if that
seems helpful*. Were any BOF coverage reports for the MOQ BOF submitted
   by IAB members?

Thanks for your clues.

Best,

Spencer
