For the working group's information:
As we submitted -04 and requested Last Call on it, Alexey remembered
that he'd seen that IMAP (RFC 3501) makes a distinction between
message *flags* and mailbox *attributes*.  We've been using "flags"
for the special-use attributes, and I quickly submitted an -05 version
to change the words to "attributes".

The only substantive difference is that I've now made the response
code "USEATTR" instead of "USEFLAG".  But since that was just added in
-03 anyway, I doubt that change matters to anyone.
