Yes. And there is a more recent one that contains
similar text. So you must have changed your mind
very recently.

They are approved by consensus.
And because Y.1710 concerns MPLS I would guess that
MPLS experts were present when it was consented.

Sure, but wouldn't it have been better to document
that change of mind.
