Thanks for working on this specification. Thanks to Markus Ihlar for his TSVART
review.

It seems the URO defined in RFC7876 is operating according to RFC 8085 (
obsolates RFC 5405 ) - UDP usage guideline. No objection from transport
protocol point of views.
