COMMENT:

This is a Nit:  Section 7 states:  "This document defines additional MPLS LSP
ping TLVs and follows the mechanisms defined in [RFC8029]. All the security
considerations defined in [RFC8287] will be applicable for this document..."
When one looks at RFC 8287, it states that the Security Considerations are the
same as RFC 8029.  It would be my recommendation to just reference RFC 8029
directly.
