Re: [mpls] [PWE3] 1588 over MPLS draft

below please find my notes:
- Abstract, first paragraph - extra "to enable"
- I believe that goal to transport PTP over MPLS PSN stated in
Abstract contradicts with declared in Introduction requirement to
perform TC function on LSR(s). Transport, in my view, assumes
transparency for payload, PTP in case.
- Providing or using TC capability by transient MPLS nodes might be
supported by ability to advertise such capability (or afinity). Then
LSP can be set suing this capability as a constrain.
- As mentioned by others, nodes that don't support TC should not be
affected and perform as LSR. (Not sure if non-TC capable node will be
considered for LER).
