Hi WG,

I think that ISD is the way to go for the DEX option as an PSD 
implementation has proven to be a bit trickier in our P4 version. 
However, I think that both flavors, DEX with ISD and PSD, should be 
available. The DEX option in this draft is not fully compliant with 
RFC9326, e.g., the 32-bit optional sequence number and flow id field is 
mapped to a 30-bit field in this draft. Therefore, the ISD version is a 
more restricted but also more lightweight implementation of DEX compared 
to PSD.

I support adoption of this draft.
