Dear WG

I have reviewed the latest version of this draft and support progressing to
RFC.

This draft provides the procedures for a very important use case for RFC
8562 which uses Demand mode to detect unicast failure in P2MP multicast
networks. In this draft a procedure is described for BFD using RFC 8562
Demand  mode for this use case to detect MPLS data plane failures with P2MP
MPLS LSPs and SR P2MP policies.

This drafts procedure for BFD using RFC 8562 to detecting unicast  failures
is an essential component of the BIER BFD draft below:
