The method requires egress LSRs to generate the reply to ingress LSR. However it does not mention how ingress to know if egress LSRs support this capability. Does it require all LSRs to support this or need enhancing RSVP-TE/IGP to indicate the capability?  

If some LSRs on the LSP path do not support this capability, will ingress LSR conclude the failure of self-ping?
