Juniper disclosed IPR (US17/527806) against draft-jags-mpls-mna-hdr on
October 24, 2022 (https://datatracker.ietf.org/ipr/5828/) We erred in not
doing the due diligence to verify if US17/527806 had any specific clauses
pertinent to draft-li-mpls-mna-fas-00 at the time of initial publication
(October 25, 2022). We apologize for this oversight and any inconvenience
caused by the delayed disclosure. We are grateful for the pre-WG-adoption
MPLS WG IPR process for helping us catch and rectify this before it is too
late. We will reevaluate our internal processes to ensure no such oversight
is repeated.

Regards,
-Pavan (on behalf of the inventors)
