Working Group,

Since this disclosure arrives during wglc, I would like to bring it to 
your attention.

The way I read it this is "just a way" the IPR holder to re-confirm
that there opinion is that IPRs related to RFC 4379 are also applicable
to draft-ietf-mpls-rfc4379bis.

Nevertheless review and give (without discussing the validity of
the IPR) the same short statement on whether you think it is OK to
progress the document.
