   The mplsLdpFecTable is a table which contains FEC (Forwarding
   Equivalence Class) information.  Each entry/row represents a single
   FEC Element.  There is also an LDP LSP FEC Table, mplsLdpLspFecTable,
   which associates FECs with the LSPs.
