[WG chair hat: on] Hi Stewart, We are not sure. Furthermore, we are not suppose to discuss applicability of IPR claims. IPR filed against any other RFC or even not filed may be applicable against this, or not. If someone wants to make an IPR claim against this draft, they are certainly free to do so.
