Hi All,

This update has the following changes:
1) Moved deprecated TLVs (FEC 128 and DSMAP) into Appendices;
2) Tweaked Multipath information to say that label- and LAG-based
procedures will be defined in different documents.
3) Reworded (sub-)TLV examples.

With these changes, we have addressed the comments by the MPLS RT folks,
and we believe this doc is ready for WG adoption.

Please read and comment.  Loa, if you agree that this is ready for WG
adoption, please make the call.
