Hi Stewart,

Great summary !!!

One comment - if we consider this sentence as definition of MNA from
draft-andersson-mpls-mna-fwk-04:

 2
<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-andersson-mpls-mna-fwk-04#section-2>.
Structure

An MNA solution is envisioned as a set of network action sub-stacks,
   plus possible post-stack data.

then my proposal

8 pages

draft-raszuk-mpls-raf-fwk-00
Framework of MPLS Reference Augmented Forwarding

2022-04-25	I-D Exists

is really not a solution document but parallel framework document to
accomplish what is listed in MNA

requirements. The framework document which locks solutions is not proper IMHO.

It is bizarre that MPLS WG chairs have been ignoring
draft-raszuk-mpls-raf-fwk completely.

Many thx,

R/
